What you pay, and when.
Work starts when the first payment clears. Balances are invoiced through Stripe, due within 7 days. Go-live follows the final payment.

Fully refundable before design work begins; the first payment is non-refundable after that. Pay-in-full clients get any undelivered portion refunded if we cancel or can't deliver.
After launch
Care plans keep it fast, safe and current.
Every package includes a first month of care. After that it's monthly, cancel anytime, and hosting is included in every plan.
- Essential $79/mo: hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security updates, 2 edits a month, updates within 48 hours.
- Standard $149/mo: 5 edits a month, updates within 24 hours, a monthly performance and SEO report, 1 conversion tweak a month.
- Pro $299/mo: unlimited small edits, same-day updates, a quarterly design refresh and a strategy call each quarter.
- No plan: full hand-off to your systems, or hosting with us at $25/mo with no edits.
Questions.
Do I own the site?
Yes, fully. Once the final payment clears, the site, its design and its content are yours, with everything you need to move it if you ever want to.
What if I don't like the mock-up?
You walk away. The demo and the mock-up are free, and you owe nothing.
How do payments work?
Nothing until you've seen your mock-up. When you're ready, pay in full and save 10%, or pay 50% to start and the rest on completion, before the site goes live. Signature splits the second half into 25% at design approval and 25% at launch. You pay by card or Apple Pay through Stripe.
What about hosting?
Every care plan includes hosting, SSL, daily backups and monitoring. At go-live we connect your domain (or help you get one), deploy, and either hand the site to your systems or manage it on a care plan. Without a plan, we can still host it for $25/mo with no edits included.
Do you write the copy?
Yes, at every tier. Launch: we write it all from a short intake. Growth: we write it all, optimized per page for search. Signature: we write it all, plus a 1-page brand voice guide. You can tweak anything you like.
How fast is it?
Launch takes 7 business days from kickoff, Growth 14, and Signature 21-28. The clock starts once we have your content.
Do you do e-commerce?
Yes, on Signature, as a quoted add-on. For a short menu, a service list or a handful of products, a link to the ordering or booking system you already use (Square, Toast, Shopify and others) usually covers it on any package.
How many revisions do I get?
Launch includes 2 rounds of up to 10 itemized changes each, Growth 3 rounds of up to 15, and Signature unlimited revisions within the timeline, consolidated per round with a 2-day turnaround.
What's a "small edit" on a care plan?
Text, an image, hours, menu, prices or services, or adding a section in the existing design. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Can I get a refund?
The first payment is fully refundable before design work begins, and non-refundable after that. If you paid in full and we cancel or can't deliver, we refund any undelivered portion.
