Privacy notice
The short version: we use what you send us to answer you, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
What we collect
When you fill in the service request form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the city and county of the job, and your message. If you call, text or email us, we receive your number or address and what you tell us.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, schedule and do the work, and send you an invoice or a record of the job. We may keep job records (the address, what we did and when) because they are useful to you and future owners of the property, and because of tax and permit rules.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when we have to: with a county environmental health department or a lender when an inspection you ordered is for them, with our payment processor when you pay by card, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. We may use a basic, privacy-respecting analytics tool that counts visits to pages. The map on our pages is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
Your choices
