Ryan’s Pumping Service is a family-owned and operated business in Gilroy. Ryan Eaton has spent more than two decades in the septic trade, and he still runs the truck himself.
Built on showing up.
The business runs on hard work, showing up when we said we would, and treating every property like it’s a neighbor’s. Because it’s a family business, you don’t get a rotating crew of strangers: you get Ryan, from the first phone call to the last lid going back on.
He’s diagnosed and inspected just about every kind of system there is: newer tanks with risers, old cesspools, pump chambers, tanks nobody’s opened in a decade. The equipment is modern and kept spotless (people notice the truck), but the approach is old-fashioned: explain what you found, answer the questions, clean up before you leave.
Why we don’t do repairs.
We decided early that we’d pump and inspect, and that’s all. It means our inspections come with no conflict of interest. When we tell a buyer, seller, lender or county that a system is in good shape, nobody has to wonder whether we’re angling for the repair job.
