From bare slab to move-in day.
Every build-out runs in the same order. Valenti handles each stage, so you deal with one company from the first estimate to the last walk-through.

Price it
Walk the empty space, read the drawings, and put a real number on the work. Cost estimating and architectural design happen here.

Frame and rough in
Metal studs and carpentry lay out the new rooms. Plumbing and HVAC run before the walls close.

Close the walls
Drywall goes up, gets taped and finished, then painted.

Ceilings, lights, air
Ceiling grid, light fixtures, diffusers and ductwork tie the rooms together.

Finish and hand over
Glass, doors, flooring and the punch list, managed to a finished space you can move into.
