What is a tenant improvement?
A tenant improvement (TI) is the construction that turns a building's shell or a previous tenant's layout into space that works for the next occupant: walls, doors, ceilings, lighting, plumbing, heating and cooling, and finishes. Valenti has built them out since 1956.
What kinds of space do you build out?
Office, warehouse, manufacturing, retail and light commercial space, for building owners, property managers and the businesses moving in.
Can you handle the design as well as the construction?
Yes. Valenti offers architectural design and cost estimating along with the construction itself, so one company can take a project from the first plan to the finished space.
